Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 07H30 – 08H30
R800 per month.
First week is free, please come and experience if it is for you.

Advanced (Cardio & Strength)

Monday to Friday 07H30 – 08H30
R1200 per month.
First week is free, please come and experience if it is for you.
