We combine the disciplines of fire fighting and fitness training, providing a unique training experience that produces the strongest firefighters and most disciplined athletes.
Our firefighter qualifications include extra levels of fitness grading, that provide recruiters with accurate information on the fire fighter’s true level of competency.
Fitness assessments of existing firefighters and/or their fire department teams are available on request.
Our daily fitness training is also open to the public to join. Morning and afternoon “cross fit” style training sessions are provided at 07:30 and 17:00. Training packages include 2 day, 3 day or 5 day a week sessions

We are accredited by LGSETA and affiliated with Emcare Training Academy – a leading fire safety training organisation in South Africa.
